Founder, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant

Victoria is the owner and Director of Victoria Wall Consulting (VWA Consulting). She primarily works with Chief Executives and senior leaders in a range of business sectors to include FTSE 250 corporations, leading investment management firms, pharmaceuticals and technology. Her project experience encompasses executive coaching, board facilitation, performance management, leadership development and design and facilitation of team building and strategy days. She sits on the board of two companies, and is a Trustee of two charities.

Victoria´s keen interest in assessing potential performance and assisting individuals with their career development led her to set up her first business, Victoria Wall Associates Ltd. Recruiting for a broad range of leading organisations in the financial services sector, pharmaceuticals, management consultancy and the media, Victoria developed strong experience in advising on organisational change, recruitment and development programmes.

In 1994, Victoria’s genuine interest in leadership development prompted her to train in management assessment and emotional intelligence with key players in the field of Occupational Psychology.

Victoria’s coaching style reflects her experience in running two businesses, and is highly focused on helping her clients achieve their business goals, and performing more effectively in their role.

Shelly Chauhan is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach, with several years’ experience of working with a diverse set of clients including large financial organisations, management consulting firms, technology businesses and pharmaceutical companies.  

Shelly has a keen interest in individual development and emotional intelligence, with a particular passion for drawing on current brain science, especially methods that integrate and synthesize findings about the brain, mind and body. Shelly also draws from well-validated psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy.
Shelly has developed and regularly runs a high-impact 9-week course on Mindful Emotional Regulation. This offers a powerful method of regulating emotions and managing stress, incorporating mindfulness and other techniques for self-regulation. The course can lead to positive changes across a range of work-life domains from reducing stress/anxiety levels, improving sleep habits, enhancing judgment and promoting clear-headed thinking, and strengthening relationships with colleagues, and children/partners outside of work.

SARAH HICKMAN

Business Psychologist, Executive and Career Coach

Sarah is a Business Psychologist, Executive and Career Coach with over 15 years of HR Consultancy experience working with a wide range of organisations in international finance, insurance, executive search, pharmaceuticals and retail.  

Sarah brings a deep knowledge of psychology and understanding of human behaviour in the workplace along with an enquiring, calm and analytical approach to her work. Sarah draws from Humanistic psychology, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as goal-setting and motivational theory to inform her executive coaching practice.

CECELIA BARBER

Cecelia completed an English degree at King’s College, London, before receiving a commendation for her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP. She comes from a Search background, and has a deep knowledge of competency based interviewing and assessment for selection and development gained over the last seven years. In addition, Cecelia worked in an advisory capacity to clients to identify critical objectives and key competencies of each role within the team and organisational structure.

Sector experience includes private equity, hedge funds, asset management, media and technology. In her early career Cecelia trained as a classical singer and performed globally, something which she still continues in her spare time. Cecelia has spent the last 2 years working for VWA Consulting in a variety of areas with clients from finance and tech industries, and specialises in utilizing Hogan for development and selection.
