VWA Consulting’s team building expertise builds more cohesive teams, increases motivation and productivity, and empowers teams to positively embrace new opportunities.

We enable team members to better work with each other by building understanding, awareness, open communication and empathy between team members. We give teams the ability to reflect on their own team processes with the aim of adopting more effective, collaborative ways of working that enhance goal attainment.

In consultation with our clients, we customize each and every team building initiative to address the unique issues in the team and also the client’s business objectives.

Each workshop is designed to be fun whilst underlining the key messages to drive forward effective team processes such as communication, decision making, group identification, knowledge transfer and collaborative working.
