Individual Assessment

We provide flexible, tailored recruitment and selection solutions. We work with clients to assess potential employees at all levels including senior executive positions on a one-on-one basis. We help clients identify the benefits and risks of employing each person, and we use this knowledge to make predictions about how successfully a candidate will perform if hired into a role.

To achieve higher accuracy in selection, we work with clients to identify the criteria that are required for success in the role. We then set about measuring people against these criteria using robust tools such as psychometric tests, exercises, role plays and interviews. We are also able to analyse the unique personality, mindset and motivation of each individual, and how this can potentially enhance or hinder successful performance.

We offer detailed reports outlining candidate’s strengths and weaknesses against target criteria, along with recommendations where desirable.
