Performance Appraisals
VWA Consulting provides advice on, the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems. We work in partnership with our clients to enable them to define the desired goals and objectives of the new performance appraisal process. In offering this service we can address the following issues:
- Advice on design of the appraisal process and tools such as 360 degree questionnaires, appraisal discussions and rating scales.
- Advice on the entire appraisal process, and how to maximise its value for both employees and the organisation.
- Training for managers in how to provide feedback in a meaningful and motivational manner.
- Training for individuals to reflect on their performance and develop greater self-awareness. We also train individuals to be able to cope with feedback and deal with it appropriately.
