360° Feedback

We frequently provide individuals with 360° feedback to enhance their self awareness and generate accurate objectives for development.

Many clients recognise that individual self perception is often quite different from how they are perceived by others, which can be a barrier to performance. Gathering feedback from a range of different perspectives including the self, direct reports, managers, clients and peers can be very enlightening, and it is often viewed as fairer and more accurate. 

We are able to gather 360 degree feedback in a variety of ways. We have valid and established 360 degree questionnaires to measure management competencies, emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. In addition, we can design and conduct structured interviews with participants, which generate more personalised and in-depth feedback on job relevant criteria.

Once we have gathered the information we have a detailed feedback session with the individual, after which we generate a feedback report outlining strengths and areas for development.
