Victoria Wall
Victoria is the Managing Director of Victoria Wall Associates Ltd.; the successful recruitment and selection company she founded in 1989.
Her genuine interest in helping individuals to maximise their potential through development of self awareness, communication and management skills, led Victoria to establish VWA Consulting in 1994.
She has developed strong partnerships with investment banks, private equity firms and other finance companies as well as smaller organisations in the pharmaceuticals, media and professional services sectors.
Victoria has worked with clients to build and develop their talent pool at managerial and executive level. She is retained by a number of clients to conduct executive coaching and development.
She has specialist experience in:-
- Designing and running assessment and development centres
- Board level Talent analysis and feedback
- Providing individual executive coaching & development programmes
- Design and facilitation of team building events.
- 360 Analysis and feedback
- Training in Competency Based Interviewing
Victoria holds a BA in Business Studies from Newcastle Business School. She is certified with both ASE and SHL and holds the British Psychological Society Level A and B certificates of competence in Occupational Testing. |
