Mandy Hossami

After graduating with a first degree in Sociology and Industrial Relations, Mandy joined Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen & Co.) as their first graduate trainee in Human Resources. During her five year tenure she worked in each of the divisions and achieved Membership of the CIPD. In 1987 Mandy was recruited by UBS Warburg (formerly Swiss Bank Corporation) as HR Manager in their newly acquired broking house. She worked for each area of the investment banking business in turn and became the Head of Resourcing and Development for Europe.

In 1994 Mandy moved into consultancy, providing help to a wide range of companies in Resourcing and Development matters. Clients have included: investment and retail banks, regulators, telecommunications, media, search firms and media companies.

Activities have included; large scale selection programmes, creation and delivery of assessment centres, writing and delivering management development programmes (coaching individuals, group training delivery, written guides), HR reviews to establish best practice and instigate change management programmes, creation and delivery of development centres.

Mandy has worked closely with VWA Consulting for 10 years and has been involved in many ongoing client relationships.

Mandy holds a BSc in Sociology from Kingston University, is MCIPD, and is currently completing an MSc in Psychology. She holds the British Psychological Society level A and B certificates of competence in Occupational Testing.
