Lucy Marks

Lucy is an Executive Coach with over fourteen years generalist HR experience gained across a wide range of sectors.  Lucy holds M Level in Coaching and Mentoring (Oxford Brookes Business School), is a Fellow of the CIPD and NLP Practitioner.

Lucy typically works on one-to-one programmes, tied closely to the needs of the individual and sponsoring organisation.  Through this, an individually tailored programme can be developed that will achieve the aims of all parties.
